About Our Boats
Our boats are purpose built Rigid Hulled Inflatables or RHIBs, similar to that used by the RNLI because of their outstanding sea keeping abilities, enabling us to operate March through October in a variety of weathers. They are also much more manoeuvrable than a "hard" boat which allows us to get into places that more traditional vessels dare not venture.
Our primary focus is on running family friendly wildlife watching boat trips and that will always take priority, however during quieter times of the year either or both boats are available for individual charter for a variety of commercial tasks for example safety boat work or photographic and filming work (over recent years we have worked with the BBC, S4C, Wildlife Trust Of South & West Wales). Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
Bay Pioneer was added to the Bay To Remember fleet in 2016. At 10m long and powered by twin 200hp engines, it is equipped with a suite of the latest electronic navigation equipment and has comfortable seating for up to 12 passengers.
Bay Explorer is the name of our original 10m long RHIB from when we started back in 2007. Whilst keeping the same name we are excited that this has been replaced with a new version for the 2017 season. Again powered by twin 200hp engines the new Bay Explorer is equipped with a suite of the latest electronic navigation equipment and has comfortable seating for up to 12 passengers.
