Where To Find Us

Our main departure point is Gwbert which is just outside of Cardigan, however during the summer months some trips will depart from Poppit Sands beach. Occasionally or by special request we also depart from Prince Charles Quay in Cardigan Town centre. Therefore please check with the booking office as to which departure point your trip is leaving from.

Departure points:

Gwbert : From Cardigan you need to turn onto the A4548 from Cardigan towards Gwbert. You will come to a straight section of road with the estuary immediately to your left, please find somewhere to park along this straight and then make your way by foot down onto and along the beach. If you are of restricted mobility some parking is available on the beach. You will need to drive a little further and then turn into Teifi Boat Club, drive straight through down onto the slipway and then turn right onto the beach. Approximately 50 yards along the beach is the pontoon we depart from. You may park on the beach along the stone wall to you right and make your way to the pontoon.

However, please check with the booking office as on exceptionally high tides the beach does get completely covered.

Prince Charles Quay: Is in Cardigan Town centre by the river and next to the castle and Grosvenor pub. Park and make you way to the top of the jetty.

Poppit Sands: From Cardigan take the B4546 signposted for St Dogmaels. At the top of St Dogmaels High Street stay on the B4546 following the road around to the right, sign posted for Poppit Sands. Stay on this road for approximately 2 miles when you will see the Poppit Sands car park on your left. Park and walk towards the RNLI station. One of our staff will be waiting by the RNLI Gift Shop.
